Littleton City Council, District 2

For the past 33 years I have lived in Littleton and actively participated in our community. As a candidate for Littleton City Council, District 2, I bring knowledge, experience and a commitment to serve.

I was a member of the Littleton Planning Commission for 12 years. My experience with reviewing and making recommendations on master plans, land annexations and initial zoning, rezoning proposals and new subdivisions help me to comprehend city-wide issues. As a city council member, I listen and consider citizen input when making decisions.

I have studied extensively the aging housing stock, shopping centers and rental properties in District 2. I know the issues facing an aging population, and I will work to continue providing services to seniors and the amenities that distinguish Littleton from other communities.

As the former Director of Property Operations for a large property management corporation, my experience with complex multi-million dollar budgets is invaluable when dealing with declining revenue and other budget difficulties.

Challenges in Littleton must be addressed with succinct solutions that will contribute to the strength of our great city. With my commitment to finding ways Littleton can adapt, we can move successfully into the future.
